Overview:
In this chapter you will get to know the members, how they are assigned and what roles they have in the application and what levels of access each role has to the various Zsuite functions. Roles and responsibilities, it would provide effective communication and help solve problems easily.
Members could be divided into teams, which would reduce the chaos and also the one-to-one communication in the case of an team discussion or the passing on of important information to the user.
You can find members in the menu on the left.
Note: All the Contacts are not Workspace Users, all the Members must be the Workspace Users, whoever are Workspace Users would become Contacts in Zsuite.
