Visual Risk Intelligence Features
Click on the menu icon displayed in the left side of Zsuite logo and select “Visual Risk Intelligence” from the menu options.
Map Views
For the first time any admin logs in there will be no map views. Organization Admin can create required map views with different zoom levels based on the organizational requirement.
Once the Admin sets the views those will be available for all the users.
Go to visual Risk intelligence and select the map icon on the top left corner to see available views.
Based on the view selected map will be reset
Germany View – Zoom Level 6
India view – Zoom Level 4
Once you select the view you can see the assets, contacts in that view in a better perspective.
Using Search from the Map:
The User can use the Map search for finding a single location or route map between two locations also. The User location can also be searched here.
Searching Contacts:
Go to Map and click on the search User. By giving the name of the User you can know the Location of that particular User.
Searching Locations:
You can know the Location by searching the Location name here.
For example, here I have given the Location name as Chicago, below is the location shown by the Map.
Understanding Shapes:
You can know the locations of the Users in a specific area by drawing shapes on the Map.
Searching Using Shapes:
There are two shapes given here: Circle and Polygon.
Circle: By drawing a circle in a particular area you can know the Users active in that circled area.
Click the shown icon and start drawing a circle.
Click on the circled area to know the Users present in that area.
Select whom you wanted to know like members, contacts etc. For example, I have clicked on contacts then all the contacts are shown. Here there is only one contact in that circled area. Blue pin mark represents contacts.
Polygon: Like the same way as we drew the circle, draw a polygon of wish and know the User’s location. Click this to draw a polygon.
Click on fetch members so you can find the members in that area.
Resetting Searches:
After searching using shapes, click on the erase button to clear the map.
Directions Finder:
If you want to search the route map between two locations this will be useful for you. Click on the search button given and search for the locations for which you want to map.
Here I have given the Locations as Ohio and Florida. It shows the route map for your desired locations.
We can also get the route map between two contacts or two assets as well.
Map Weather Layers:
Here you have four weather layers. They show the layers like Clouds, Precipitation, Wind speed and Temperature.
RADAR/SAT:
Global Radar: This is how places which are cloudy are shown.
FORECAST RADAR: Precipitation is rain, snow, sleet, or hail, any kind of weathercondition where something’s falling from the sky. This is how it is shown.
SATELLITE GEO: This is how wind speed is shown.
Satellite Infrared Colour: This is how temperature is shown.
Satellite Infrared B/W: This is now Pressure is shown on ZSuite.
FORECASTS:
Forecast Temperature: This is now Pressure is shown on ZSuite.

Alerts:
The alerts symbol on the right gives you more information the alerts that every user need look through
Click on the alerts symbol on the right to open a tab where users get all kinds of alerts and notifications regarding the assets, contacts, members and alerts from across organizations on the risk events happening near the map view selected. And the notifications from across the organizations on the predicted issues and the pinned important alerts by the user.
Checking the check boxes in the first tab which would show contacts on the map, Checking members will also show members and clicking on the assets will reveal the logo will display the assets of the organization in the map view.
Click on the Second tab with notifications Icon to see all the incidents that are triggered.
We can activate the incident, pin an incident, Acknowledge or Ignore an incident from the list of options on all the all incidents tab
Alerts: clicking on the third tab will give the different alerts to users that need to attend to the issues and we have an option pin the alerts.
Contact Legend:
To set contact legend for Maps go to settings -> Maps, here you can create new Map Lists and Weather Layer Colours.
Map Lists: This is the place where you can create a list of Maps for your desired Locations. This is useful to you that you can have a close view of the default location you choose. To add click on Add New Map Setting.
Here you have to fill in the details like Name of the Map, Map Default View like World, Country, Continent and State. You also can select the zoom level from 0 level to 23 level.
Name: Give the name you wanted for your preferred location. Here I am giving ABCD as an example.
Select Map Default View: Select the view you wanted like view of world map, view of continent, country, state maps respectively.
World View:
Country View: Select the country from the drop box given.
Continent view: Select the continent by clicking on the drop box given.
State view: For this you have to select a country first and then state.
Zoom level: This is used to zoom your exact location like the location of your home, office etc. You have 0 to 24 levels of zooming.
After selecting, submit them. You can see your location in Maps.
Weather Layer Colours: Here are some of the colours given for Weather Layers like Clouds, Wind Speed, Temperatures and Precipitations.
You can change the colours if needed as per your wish.
Change the colour and save the changes.
Map Zones:
There are two types of Map Zones. One is the Incident Zone, the other is the Notification zone.
Change Map:
This is found in the top left of the map, which contains the locations you have added in the default view. You can change your default map whenever you want to.
Deleting default views: You can delete default view Go to Settings -> Maps -> Actions -> Delete.
Satellite View: You can also have a satellite view if you want. Click on the satellite button given.
