Categories
Step by step process on “How to create and manage categories” in Zsuite, Quick and Easy with this video.
You can categorize the notifications and settings here.
New Category:
On “Category”, the user needs to fill in the Category Name and Setting Type.
Category Name: Users can enter the Category Name.
Setting Type: Users can select the Setting Type as Notification / Incident as required and Add.
Click on the new category to start creating.
Give category name and select Setting Type i.e., Notification and Incident and click Add.
Edit a Category:
Click on Actions and then Edit to edit a Category.
Here you can edit Category name, Setting Type
Delete a Category:
Actions -> Delete. You can Delete a category.
