Services: All your services for zsuite and Workspaces will be seen here.

Click on them to know the details.

Contact Management: You can see maximum number of contacts and per contact unit price.

Weather Alerts: You will find details like Free weather alerts given to you and the per weather alert price.

Emergency and Incident Management: You will see your Email, SMS and Voice details here.

Notification: You will find notification unit price here.

Zapoj India Timeline: Here all the Timeline details are found.

Workspaces: Details of Workspaces like URL, API are seen here. There is an option to copy them.

Who Can Access These Features?

Administrators have the access to this module to set the settings and profile and payment

Overview

This module helps administrators to adjust the profile settings and Invoicing details at organization level. Could view the details and the contracts that were mutually agreed, the plans and the usage limits that are being used, current usage of those plans and the unit pricing beyond the usage limits, Chat History retention limits and the Invoices and their payment details.
